- We do NOT store credit card or bank details — all payments are processed securely through Razorpay

- Device type and operating system
- App version
- General usage patterns (number of conversations, session duration)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide personalised parenting guidance through AI conversations
- To maintain your conversation history so you can continue previous discussions
- To manage your account and credit balance
- To process payments and recharges
- To improve our AI responses and service quality
- To send important service updates (not marketing)

- Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on secure cloud infrastructure)
- All data transmission is encrypted using TLS/SSL
- Access to your conversations is restricted to your authenticated account only (enforced by Row Level Security)
- Our AI API key is stored securely on the server — never exposed to the client
5. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Anthropic (Claude AI): Your conversation messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's usage policies apply to this data.
- Razorpay: Payment information is processed by Razorpay under their privacy policy.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Your Rights
- Access: You can view all your conversations and account data within the app.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
- Portability: You can request a copy of your data.
7. Children's Privacy
AskParent AI is designed for parents and guardians, not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
