Delete Your Account

You can delete your AskParent AI account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is deleted.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

• Open the AskParent AI app (or the website chat).
• Go to Profile (or the profile menu).
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and data are permanently removed straight away.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered email address and we will delete your account for you:

askparentai.help@gmail.com

Please use the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and send it from the email address linked to your account, so we can verify it is you. We will complete the deletion within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account and profile (name, email).
• All your conversations and messages.
• Your children’s profiles and everything remembered about them.
• Your saved words and any personalised data.
• Any remaining free or paid message credits (these are forfeited on deletion).

Data retention

Deletion is immediate and permanent, and cannot be undone. We may retain a minimal record of completed payment transactions only where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes; such records are not linked to an active account and contain no conversation content.
